Just made 2 of the higher tier once (since I was selling them mostly) and it doesn't look like I can salvage them or the ones I'm replacing o.o? Also There should be a way to tell you about new salvage options considering the guy still says level 60 epic gear and you can salvage level 70 alliance rare gear.
