Lesser Vorpal Enchantment

I am a level 60 Scourge Warlock, about a week ago I bought a coalescent ward to create Lesser Vorpal Enchantment. My critical severity was at 91% before I equipped the enchantment, my critical severity stayed at 91% even after I equipped the enchantment. It is supposed to give either 12% or 15% on top of that, why is this not working? Is it working and not showing up in the stats page, or is it broken completely? I know that my Soulforged Enchantment is working, but that is quite an obvious one. Please someone help me with this Vorpal. I sent in a ticket for the Neverwinter (Xbox One) support center, but the person that replied, days later, said that I can't send in tickets for the Xbox One. He/She told me to come post on here. I really am dissipointed with that enchantment not boosting my stats. I do love this game though, and I plan on playing for a long time to come.

it doesnt show in your stats because it isnt a feat or power. for some reason other enchantments show but not weapon enchantments. but it is affecting you.btw congrats on the 91% severity impressive.

Thanks, I'm still working on my character. I need to respec him, I should have probably chosen the Fury feat, instead of the one with the permanent Soul Puppet. I could get a higher dps if I understand correctly. I usually get 14 mil or so in dungeons, always coming second to Rogues. I have a friend that consistently beats rogues in damage, using Fury. I kind of whipped my character together without really paying close attention, but he still is a great toon. Just got my last piece of the Accursed Diabolist Armor set yesterday.
