Can't place gold silver or copper in my shared account bank

hello im trying to put gold silver or copper in my shared account bank so i can use it on my other char but it wont let me anymore, it used to work fine, but now its just not working , just when you need it most lol ...
anyone has this bug as well?

    Currently it seems to only work with keyboards. They'll probably patch it sometime soon.

    You could try saying this in the feedback forums as well, then they will look into it more and then try and fix it in the game :)
