Companion ring and ioun stone

If I equip my ioun stone with a companion ring. will my character get the ring stat?

For example, the ring has +10% threat generation. Will my character also get +10% threat generation?

What if it is +10% outgoing healing? Will my character also have that stat?

    Yes , the stats do transfer to your character like any other rings but the bonus doesn't show and probably doesn't work for the owner .

    Bonuses work with active combat companions .

    You will only get the normal stats, not the percentage based ones.
