HR: Root and daze duration BUG

The root/daze intended duration applies more than it should its probably crushing root that is bug.

    lol no it doesnt you dont even play the class your trying to say hrs have 9 encounters go away troll stop wasting the devs time.

    yes i am actually and im denying your request. you dont know what your talking about. if hr is so op go 1v1 that under geared gwf on recording instead of ignoring them. i know your scared but c mon prove how op hrs are.

    i doubt it considering you said they have 9 encounters. 3+3=6 3*2=6 not 9 no where in there do they equal 9

    To be fair, he did say specifically Trapper have 9 encounters, which is still wrong as all hell. but just to make a correction. lol
