How to get Elemental Fire Artifacts?

Elemental Fire artifact weapons and off-hand items were added into the game with Module 6, however I cannot find any information of where these are found. I'm guessing there must be some boss fight in the elemental fire area that might drop there? Could someone please tell me where these can be found. Thank you.

    Talking to Knox when you hit 70 gets the offhand.

    You get a quest from the Druid in Spinward Rise after completing all the Vigilance tasks for the mainhand.

    To get the main hand artifact, you need to do the "Complete 16 vigilance quests" missions in each of the 3 areas of Spinward Rise.

    Alternatively, if you completed enough of the mod 4/5 campaign to be able to make a dragon artifact weapon, you can do the same task again to get the Elemental Fire artifact weapon. I did this myself on an alt, because there's no possible way I'm doing Spinward Rise or any of the other EE zones a second time.

    Is this only dependent on completing the quests in the 3 areas of Spinward Rise, or do I have to have all the other 3 elemental areas completed first (earth/water/fire)?

    Just Spinward Rise
