Well I have upgraded myange Sword

It cost me almost all my gems...

But

I have upgraded all my new equipment to purple and my sword to orange


I don't feel different or fight better

Who knew

    That's because the gains are incremental. You don't need full Legendary to do anything, its just to give you something to work towards. -_-

    All orange gear and higher comes with +10% jealousy strength. It doesn't show in your character sheet because of a bug but inspecting players will feel the effect.

    If it was up to me they would remove all this artifact equipment and give us our game back.
