An Idea to Curb Chat Spam

A simple solution. Implement a time limit to posts or even a number of characters per post. If you try to spam a duplicate post, you are given an "x-amount" timer until you can re-post.

Gives the spammers less incentive to spam and annoy people using chat for it's otherwise intended use.
