Add RP to Daily Rewards

With the recent changes to Dragon's Hoard and the incredible amount of RP needed to level equipment, RP needs to be added to every daily. The reason for RP nerfs is anti botting. Well then reward the "real" people playing and add RP to our daily quests. This give players reason to do old content and will keep players around at least a little longer.

Make the rewards Bind on Pick-up and for the love of god remove white pearls from the game.

    These days, RP is earned through leadership level 21 and after.

    Which, ironically, is done by cheaters using gateway bots at character limit.

    So, once again, Bots still hold the upper hand.
