Transcendent Holy Avenger Bugged- Heals, Damage but Zero > DR

I tested the Transcendent Holy Avenger over the past weeks quite extensively, in and out of combat. The heals are good and the increase in damage is working but the enchantment gives no increased Damage Resistance.

I have tested it against both party members and allies not in party.

As for the heals, they are subject to deflection by the person who receives them...
