Well, im using a lot of good items, epic/lvl130, enchants rank 8, and bla bla bla
hited almost 2,4k IL, and i c a lot of ppl like 3,5k, 4k! and they dont have much more than me, then, when i try to party up no one invite, and i hit same the guy that got 3,5k il. So, how EXACLTY its calculated, items only, nothiung about boons/feats u have?

It's a straight up addition of every items you have equipped on your character, enchants included (even in utility slots).
