Once again, no fix to rank 4 powers..

Why? Aren't rank 4 powers working properly important? With all of the added difficulty of the new mod, you would think we could at least get the benefit of the full range of powers available to our classes.
As a control wizard, I still have to deal with bugged icy terrain, a power I rely heavily on when soloing and while dungeoning. I understand pretty much all of the classes have bugged powers and feats presently. Why can't we get some shuffling in the priority queue to address these most basic of issues with our characters?
I get that there is probably a schedule for these things, but I have yet to even see a word from the devs acknowledging that you are aware of these broken powers and are working on fixing them.

Apparently they're going slow on the fix, one hopes because they are triple-checking everything. :P
