Transcendent Elven Battle Enchantment doesnt work

I was doing some testing and well.....it doesnt shorten stuns. plz fix this so i can do some real testing...:cool:

Sorry but actually is broken again.

I've a T.elvenbattle ( +200% ) , valindra set ( +10% ) , secondary weapon with control resist ( another +7% ), full pvp set ( 40% of control resistance from tenacity ) , add the wis bonus ( another +7% ), for a total, in pvp, of 264% of control resistance.

Initially, the t.elvenbattle was perfect, no one was able to froze or control me anymore, only few bugget feat ( smoke bomb of tr in primis ) was able to "broke" my control resistance.
After the last patch, i was controllable again, but still good vs most of the cc of other class ( and a cw was not able to froze me )

Tested another time after the last maintenance, and tested vs another renegade cw, so not an oppressor, and he was able to froze me, the timing of cc was the same with and without the T.ElvenBattle slotted.
