Ignore List? and Chat customization?

We need to customize our chat dialog box like on PC. I dont want to see half of the spam on the trade chat. Will this becoming soon? Also an ignore list is a must. I can block/ report through xbox live but still see them spamming. It make Enclave unbearable.
