Neverember Dailies not available each day

When I obtain a Daily from Neverember and complete it, it will always say that I can complete it again in 'x' number of hours, that align with all the other daily quest resets.

I know they're usually different each time he offers one (and sometimes two), but it seems that every other day, Neverember does not offer any tasks. Is that intentional?

    I have this same issue, he has not offered me a quest for 3 days in a row now.
    Main - Rydia (HR70) - Xbox One Player only
    Alts :
    Storm (SW70), Edge (TR70), AD Farm (CW70), Grunt (GF70), Rosa (DC70), AD AD AD (GWF70), Your Mum (OP70)

    Same issue with no repeatable daily quests available.

    Apparently the problem is that they failed to update Lord Neverember Quests from the PC version. Some days he would give foundry or Gauntlgrym quests. The Xbox has neither, so on those days there are simply no quests given. Lord Neverember quests were completely eliminated on the newest PC Mod, so I don't expect a fix.
