BUG: Champion's Battle Horn not working for Great Weapon Fighter.

The champion's battle horn (Item) is not working for the GWF since about a week.
This horn is only useful to GWF and Warlock, and it's not working for one of these two classes.
I have tried discarding my current horn and buying a new one from the Auction House, but the issue still persists.
