Character feats and powers will not save

I have leveled up twice now (level 67) and the feats and powers will not save even though I have comitted the changes.

I've logged in and out in several times since I realized the changes wouldn't save - this didn't change anything.

Then I leveled up again only to find they still won't save.

Please help!

I need these to get stronger in the game.

    I spend the same, I can not add the points, from the level 64, now level 70 I can not, even with free respec, the powers are not saved.

    This bug was introduced with the May 23 patch. DO NOT use an AD-purchased feat respec. This will reset you feats and boons and leave you with no way to spend points on them!

    However, using your free respec will reset your powers which un-bugs your character and lets you save feats and boons.

    If you no longer have a free respec on the character, open a support ticket. Players are reporting that they get a free respec once they receive a response and answer support's questions.

    I've sent several bug reports in, never heard back. I've hit 6 levels now since this module went live and haven't been able to increase my character's power since. Absolutely unbelievable that we have a game based on character progression with a bug that impacts character progression, and several WEEKS and a patch have now gone by without anyone fixing it. I've enjoyed this game since launch but I am finding it really hard to log in these days...

    You have to submit a support ticket, not a bug report. I haven't done so yet, but I guess I'll have to as they refuse to fix the problem.
