Tier 5 - Soul of the Dragon, Dragon's Revival boon (Grants 10/12.5/15% increased Control Strength) doesn't work
Control Bonus from Wisdom stat doesn't work
tested with trapper HR ancient thorned roots (Biting Snares feat correctly increases control duration by 60% but bonuses listed above do nothing)
