hr offhand dragon artifact

I was just wondering where u get them. Do I do the artifact quest in the campaign?

    Artifact offhands aren't available until Mod 5, Temple of Tiamat. You can get the main hand from the campaign at the moment, but the offhands aren't in the Xbox version of the game right now.
