What Enchants do you feel still need reworks, and how would you fix them?

Bit of a discussion topic. A lot of people (myself included) seem to feel that a lot of enchants were just overlooked again and our options are still very limited (although they are different options)

So on topic : What enchants do you feel need changed, and how would you change them (with balance in mind)

For me. Barkshield, Bronzewood , Frost, Tranquil , Tenebrous , Plaguefire , Frostburn , Soulforged, Briartwine. I'll write up the changes I would make in an edit.

Barkshield Is strong at level 60, but underpowered at 70, I would either change the Charges to be based on a % of max HP. or make it work as below.
Transcendent Barkshield Enchantment

Armor Enhancement Slot: Every 4 seconds your armor receives a charge of Bolstered Bark up to a maximum of 20 charges.

Each Charge of Barkshield absorbs up to 2% of your max life in damage. charges are lost once expended.

You regain 50% stamina when your last Charge is expended, this effect may not occur more than once every 30 seconds

Your armor is bolstered by bark and will absorb a fragment of incoming damage.

Enchantment
Rank: 12 (maximum)

Now this one would be interesting. essentially at 100k max life. if you waited and build 20 stacks (80 seconds) You would absorb 40,000 damage before taking any. Sounds strong. but as it scales with hp its dependent on that. if you are hit for 15000 damage. it would use 8 charges. This working of the enchantment makes it into more of a defensive enchantment for more agile classes that do not facetank and stay in the middle of the battle. as they can hang back and build up their charges. You can scale the Enchantment by its charge limit for lower ranks (4/8/12/16/20/20+trans bonus). the stamina gain is the transcendent bonus, and my justification for it being speed is that once your bark-armor falls off. you are lighter, and gain a burst of energy. This means once you lose all your defences from it. you can escape with a dodge , or as a GF / Paladin, raise your shield.

Bronzewood is in general quite good, but I would rework it so each target can have a mark placed independently. on separate cooldowns (I do not beleive it is currently like this)

Frost, Why should this have a 20 sec ICD in PvP. when other decution ones such as terror do not, Remove the ICD for PvP. and just have one for PvE. it separates the effects anyway so this should be possible.

Tranquil needs to have a shorter ICD. something like 6-12 seconds would be more acceptable. and make their effect usable.

Tenebrous needs to be reworked so they can proc in a row again. at the moment even though it was intended for them to proc sequentially, they all share the same ICD which makes them extremely unviable. You should be able to proc one every 2-3 seconds, but after proccing that specific enchant has an ICD of 15-30 seconds. this means with enough of them. you potentially have 100% uptime of their procs if you have 5 slotted. but the procs happen over time so its not as bursty.

Plaguefire, oh how the mighty have fallen, this enchant was loved by all, but now its just cheap (like.. 6 mil for trans?? wtf). I would alter its affect too be more of an overall stat debuff utility enchant OR a Focussed DPS enchant. Each stack of trans should reduce Defense by 15%, and on 3 Stacks either a : Debuff all other stats by 15%, or b : when fully stacked Plaguefire deals an additional 30% weapon damage on hit to the enemy affected. Perhaps one effect on Pure, and both of Trans.

Frostburn / Fireburst : I would change the CD on these to 30 at lesser. and lose 5 seconds per rank up to perf (10 sec CD on perf) . then increase the other effects such as AoE and stat reductions on the Pure and Trans versions (fireburst adds DoT as well as base damage , Frostburn slows and reduces stats)

Soulforged : Truth be told soulforged is very good, but its insanely annoying to play against. Just for the sake of PVP campaign, allow the person who procs the soulforged to also get credit for the kill / double kill / triple kill for the sake of Campaign progress.

Briartwine : 5.6 % reflect is pretty bad for a trans enchant. Haven't tested it but there are better options. Perhaps add some sort of damage mitigation to it such as the 5.6% reflected damage isn't dealt too you at all. or you heal for the 5.6% (affected by regen)

Well. thats my 50c.
People are way too negative, Why cant we just all get along.
