No Companion Unbinding?

Just curious, if there is a post i must of missed so apologies. I have read posts from over 2 years ago saying how this feature would be added soon so was wondering when it would come into play and be brought to xbox also. I have just bought a stone with scales and have a zen purchased stone i was expecting to pass over to my alt. Any replies are appreciated thanks!
