Not getting Judge and my skills aren't getting CD removed either? Anyone Else?

    Actually its only broken for Protection Paladins, Devotion works fine. Its a know bug that nothing has been done about.

    How does Leroy have it in his guide then? ^_^

    Confirmed by a few people in game - clearly not working...

    He has it because he plans to use it when it works :P

    No it does not work fine on Devotion Paladins. They get the cooldown but not the damage.

    He has it because even though its broken. theres no point spending that 1 point elsewhere only to respec when they fix it.
    It might be broken but i'd rather have it feated untill the fix, than pay ~100k ad to respec.
    People are way too negative, Why cant we just all get along.
