what do i do with extra seals?

i heard the cap was 1200 elements seals. i have the full pvp burning set and swapped out my pvp rings for pve rings. what do i do with extra seals jsut use them for rough ad? the pve set doesnt seem better than the pvp set at all. the pvp set has better health.

    Buy and salvage the gear for rough AD or you can buy gear for your alts. You can also buy shards and sell them on the AH (I think, doesn't say the are bound).
