Missing Items from the AH

Items are disappearing off the Auction House with no reimbursement in the mail box. I put a Neverember Archer Companion up on the AH. The following morning it wasn't in my consignments tab. There was NO MONEY (approx 180K) in my mailbox. MY wife put an Intellect Devourer up around the same time and it also evaporated with no money.
Cryptic appears to have no mechanism in place to reimburse lost items not from the Zen store. This is <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>. 400K AD represents a lot of time to casual gamers. With the loss of most revenue streams with MOD 6, we were selling off clutter which might generate AD. Please take this seriously Cryptic. My wife just tested this with some lesser value items, rank 5 draconic enchants and THE SAME THING HAPPENED again. You have an AH bug.
