All Overload slot enchantments can now stack up to 99 if no time has been used

From http://nw-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?875531-Patch-Notes-NW-45-20150317a-5&p=10448821&viewfull=1#post10448821 which goes to http://www.arcgames.com/en/games/neverwinter/news/detail/9129023-elemental-evil-patch-notes%3A-nw.45.20150317a.5, it states that "All Overload slot enchantments can now stack up to 99 if no time has been used", but no of my unused overload enchantments (glyphs) are stacking in the inventory.

Am I doing something wrong, is it bugged or doesn't it affect glyphs?
