Excuse me if I ask my question in the wrong place. I tried to look for an appropriate topic, but I'm not very good with the English language.

I have two problems:
1st
In the game settings to no avail Set up to run in full screen, the next start will start the game in windowed mode.

2nd
I do not know the power points and feat points to distribute. I share in vain, and they do not stay so I can not either new feat or to hire new power.
