Artifact Ranks on Wiki has been updated!

I've noticed recently that people have been asking how much RP is actually needed to get artifacts to mythic. And previously no one had an answer, not even the Wiki page.

I myself was curious about how much RP we needed and due to boredom decided to see how much was really needed. I made a copy of my character on the preview and got refining, recording stats and other numbers along the way so that I could share the results with anyone else who might be interested.

So without further ado, I'm here to announce that the Artifact wiki page has been updated to show all the new numbers associated with artifact rank 140 and mod 6.

cost of upgrading an artifact from lvl 100 to lvl 140
1 rank 5 enchantment = 1080 refinement points
6,622,000 rp needed from rank 100 to 140
6,622,000/1080 = 6131.48/99 = 61.93 stacks of rank 5's
dark enchantments, rank 5 99 for 42,000 on ah
61.93*42000=2,601,060 AD

cost from lvl 1 to 140
10,469,635/1080 = 9694.10/99 = 97.92 stacks of rank 5's
97.92*42000 = 4,112,640 AD

4,112,640*4 artifacts = 16,450,560 AD

didn't factor in the cost of GMOP, preservation wards and other marks

there is also 2x sublimation that u didnt count in.

Btw, only fools pay that price for artefact, i made 3 artifact legendary in 1 month and it costed me less than 2,000,000 ad, and it's also possible to do them for less.

So for 4 artifact its possible ( i think ) to make them in less than 2 month ( without 2x subli event ) to mythic, if u know how to do them fast. ( it's not an exploit) and without spending lot of Ad.

It's harder for battle artefact.

You must mean 2x refinement weekends.
Bear in mind that with 2x refinement weekends all refining stones and enchants usually double in price. Thou you can buy up hundreds of stacks of rank 5 enchants now if you have the ad. And just keep them in your mailbox. That is if another 2x refinement weekend ever comes about again.

You must of did it last year when refining stuff where cheap, such as stacks of peridots going for only 10k.
With the ability to drop whole stacks into the refinement window, refining will go a lot faster now.

no... an articaft lvl 59 into another artifact ( same kind )... means :

293k = 123,920 x5 = 619,600

2x refinelnt event = 619,600 x 2 = 1,239,200

now count with critical refinement... if ur lucky = 1,858,800 refinement.

Just make lot of pvp's domination...or gg..

And yes, i also already bought lot of refinement item low price, and i spent 2 month before mod6 to drop refinement things, i just w8 for the 2x event.

i bet he means feeding an artifact (not class one) first of the same type as the one you want to upgrade then feed that one to the original one you want to upgrade.
for example a common one is if you have a power type artifact you want to upgrade you get a free pvp one with glory (that one is also power) feed the RP you have to the pvp artifact then feed the pvp artifact to the one you want to upgrade. this way you get bonus RP and it can also critical as well. you are welcome

Yeah this is one of the most efficient ways to level artifacts, you get more rp from doing this than you put into the rank 59 artifact.
