Stats always changing.

Trying to make sense of this..... I was standing in PE at the bank and I had my char screen up to compare some bank item stuff to what some of my equipment had slotted for enchants and I notice my Power stat went from 7734 to 10236 for about 30 seconds then dropped back to 7734. I've noticed this before but assumed it was buffs kicking in during battle but I don't understand why it is happening just standing there. My standard power rating atm is 7734 for most of the time but it just randomly changes on a regular basis. Is this a bug or am I missing something. I don't recall ever seeing those kind of changes happening before mod 6.
