Is this bind to character, or bind to account? I want to spend some GG coins for gear, but not sure if I can then give it to an alt.

    ...at least in Mod<6, it's always been bound to char - like basically everything non-consumable bought from vendors...

    where are you going to buy this gear? it doesn't even exist any more. the vendor in ToB only exchanges GG coins for glory. or did I miss a vendor somewhere?
