common quests are bugged 99% of the time

since i leveled my paladin class i did only 1 time common cause quest rest of them never worked couldnt get inside to complete them

After you pick up the daily Common Cause quest from Harper Broward, read the quest for what/where you need to go, and then talk to the person who will give the quest for the lair. Once you level past 65ish you will no longer see the quest marker above their heads, but if you talk to them they will give you the lair quest. You need to have that quest to go into the lair.

So, if Harper Broward tells you to do Ghost Stories in Neverdeath, talk to her again.
Barrow Demolition in Ebon Downs? Talk to Preceptor Theraclast.
Miner Problem in Icespire Peak? Talk to Fitzhugh Montgomery.
Forged in Fire in Rothe Valley? Talk to Delrin Bass.
Ancient Treasures in Whispering Caverns? Talk to Shay Cutter.

As a side note, even if you do not get the quest you can enter with someone else (better in a group anyway) and complete the Common Cause. You do not get the end reward for dungeon however unless you have taken the quest yourself.
