Issues with leveling 65+

Am I the only one who can't allocate new skill points or paragon feats? I have acquired two of each (and I'm about to acquire a third) and I can put them where I want them, but they don't stick. Every time I put 'em where I want 'em, and then leave the screen only to find that they are not actually allocated.

The reputation system got nerfed to prevent "power creep"; it's called an investment in time and money, and I think I should get a little something for my time and money like being able to stomp the HAMSTER out of a new guy since I've been playing for three years now! :D

    This is a known bug and *might* be fixed next week.

    If you ranked up any powers to rank 4 before reaching 70 -- which was a bug -- the only way you can make feat/power choices stick is to do a full respec.

    That's nice. And do I get a free respec token to do that, or am I simply screwed enough that I have to buy it myself? If the currrent bug gets fixed, will the previous bug be removed? I certain;y hope a dev sees this and answers.....like that's gonna happen.
