I was hoping that at first it was bug but now it's a blatant ninja nerf to dungeon delves. I can see it being a way to minimize the amount of raw AD gained in the game but this has so many other problems to it.
There really is no incentive to do dungeons now if a player has at least a T1 set. Only thing is a single key and the cache of 50 measly seals. Even then, if the dungeon is ran once, there is no incentive to go back. 3k AD would net a loss of purchasing another epic key. Only incentive I can see if someone is farming the bonus chest.
In my perspective, my devotion OP has hit 70, full T1 set, don't have any interest in T2 right now and I am completely bored. Even during DD hour, I have no incentive to run it besides doing the daily dungeon quest. So the game effectively took out a support healer role in the game, which groups still currently desire. The same would be for tanks.
Either bring back the old DD or give more incentive to run dungeons. All I have been doing are the campaign areas, except IWD. Even just looking at an epic encounter in Icewind Pass would send my OP to her knees

All of this because the AD sinks are either too big to be profitable (see the campaign chests, nothing worth 10k in them, except artifact gear, or epic dungeon key, except for epic lol if you get a red or black overload) or completely irrelevant. Like the blue mount in the AD bazaar, when you have cheaper purple ones on the market, like the pets, more expensive and worse than what's on the market, and so on. So instead of taking a look at the HAMSTER that's offered for AD, they prefer taking away the rewards for group content, which is a bit pathetic given how desperate this move looks.
That's my routine too man, actually that was my routine because today i stopped playing this game.. i always loved it and in my opinion it have's a huge potential, but today when i logged in and thought "what i will do today?" I just click in exit because i'm tired to do the same thing everyday without even have AD to grow up in game... Also i opened the Arc site after close the game to see how much was the Zen coin in donate system because i was thinking in buy some. So i gave up when i realised that is really expensive and they try to TRICK you in the buying time for example: R$ 10,00 worth 500 Zen.. R$ 20,00 then worth's 1.250 Zen (until here ok R$ 20,00 worth's more than buy 2 packs of 10,00) then comes R$ 50,00 that worth 2.500 Zen plus 100 bonus = 2.600 Zen (thats funny because if i buy 2 packs of 20,00 and 1 pack of 10,00 i'll have 3000 Zen instead just 2600)... but ok let's keep going.. now the R$ 100,00 pack (that's the pack that i was thinking in buy) that worth's 5.000 Zen plus 300 bonus = 5.300 Zen ( If i buy 5 packs of R$20,00 instead one pack of R$100 i'll have 6.250 Zen!!! I'll lost 950 zen if i buy that ridiculous R$100 pack) now finally the R$ 250,00 pack that worth's 12.500 Zen plus 1.000 bonus = 13.500 Zen if i buy 12 R$ 20,00 pack and 1 R$10 pack (=R$250,00) i'll have 15.500 Zen!!! if you buy the R$250,00 pack you will lost 2.000 Zen that you could have... man.. thats ridiculous  i wish i could create a thread in this session with this information but my account in forum is new and i cant create threads yet, i'll appreciate if someone posts in my place, thank you and bb, maybe someday when they fix AD problem i come back to play. Good Game For All of You. and sorry my bad english.
I can understand the problems people have the the crappy AD and rewards issues, and the now useless DD time, but bring back all dungeons first... I beg you!!
I don't know if the consequence is intended or unintended, but the result will be that dungeons get run a lot less often. If you *have* to spend 5k AD for a key after the first run, *and* if you can only get a seal cache once per day, it's a no-brainer. People will run either a T1 or T2, depending on what they can achieve, and that will be it for that day. Expect it to become a lot harder to get into dungeon groups, if for no other reason that the incentive is gone.
In mod 5 people used to run dungeons for fun as well as for salvage value. I presume that the designers wanted to end the practice of farming dungeons for AD, so now we'll be -- as usual -- going from one extreme to the other.
I say the following at work all the time, and perhaps someone at Cryptic needs to start it as well: don't kill an ant with a nuclear weapon.

Children of the Fey (RELEASED) - NW-DKSSAPFPF
Buried Under Blacklake (WIP) - NW-DEDV2PAEP

But maybe the next mods will improve the situation, can't have everything at once :P
They're simply driving players away from playing the game. I see no reason to keep coming here if I can't even play dungeons. What should I do after 20 minutes in a dungeon? Sharandar's weekly quests? A dread ring lair? And then what? Invoking for the next 3h while reading zone chat?
There's already very little content for players who already got their dungeon gear. I see nothing in this change but a way to show us the door. Now it takes me longer to form a dungeon group than playing the dungeons themselves. Because no one wants to play content with no rewards at the end.
