Is it worth using a retraining token to pick this feature up or just hope for 3 overflow points?

    Depends. I don't run it myself but I'm mainly solo and Justice has enough CD reduction already IMO. There are no really bad Auras though. I typically run with Courage in one slot and rotate Radiance/Truth/Protection in the other. If I'm tanking a Dragon with lowbies I might slot Truth and Protection for extra group durability.

    I play justice devotion myself, so I don't really see it being 100% necessary with our CD buffs as it is. Though I've seen groups ask for it.
