ITC buggy?

I noticed something tonight that I have never noticed before and it makes me wonder if it is buggy or maybe I really just didn't notice it previously: a ton of cc is getting through ITC. I got cw entangled and hr rooted several times tonight, while in ITC. I am sure it was active, I am very careful about that. It is not the kind of thing where I think I pulled it off before the cw pulled off his entangle, and through ping and so forth, he just fired off his spell before itc went into effect. It was clearly in effect. Same with being rooted.

Hopefully someone comes by and just says, "hey scrub, these things always could go through itc". Would hate to think it is bugged or got ninja nerfed.

I am pretty sure HR's root cannot go through ItC since I just finished a GG match with my HR.

My question is: "was there any enemy pally around?" Because there is a bug that pally with aura of truth+offhand power can daze you when attacking and it currently ignores cc immunity.

Ok then, this is a bug. There was were no paladins anywhere nearby. And it was a very clear root ('rooted' txt along with the arrow pointing down "root" icon).

Another weird thing that happened tonight, sometimes when I hit itc, I can see that it is not activated but goes into cooldown anyways. At first I assumed that somehow my casting of itc got interrupted, but now I am wondering if it is related to the cc's getting through. The thing is, when those ccs went through my toon was clearly that flat black color that indicates active itc.

Has this happened to anyone else?
