Not yet It has been confirmed to be in the works but no ETA

To be fair It took a few months after launch to get it in on the PC as well.

Thats not true. The foundry was fully function even in beta. 3D editing was added in around pre to post mod 2.

3D editing was mod 1 -- and we've basically been just gathering bugs and a tiny trickle of detail assets ever since.
