Ok so I found the below build while searching online. I found that many of the PC builds were outdated and didn't match the Xbox one features. By the looks of it, it seems like a solid build for PVE. I'm only interested in doing the PVE so I was wondering if you guys think the below build is any good or if you can pick it apart. By no means am I taking credit for it! It was typed out by shadowyreaper on gamefaqs .

Reckon it's worth building towards?..

**********************************

my best set up is as follows, this set up generates about 7-9 million or more in damage on paingiver leaderboard, usually about 2nd or 3rd in executioner leader board and 1st or second in damage taken leaderboard so you can theoretically tank with good usage of dodge roll. so for at will, encounter, daily. i have set...
LT : DUELISTS FLURRY {adds bleed can stack x10)
RT: SLY FLOURISH {Adds broken armour, everyone does more damage to target}
B: LASHING BLADE {50 % added critical severity}
Y: PATH OF BLADES {aoe attack, use before using stealth more on that in a bit}
X: DAZING STRIKE { AOE attack with stun effects, from stealth hits all enemies in a 3' cone in front of you, use to exit stealth, more to follow about that.}
DAILY :WHIRLWIND OF BLADES { GAIN POWER for every enemy hit with whirlwind of blades making all attacks more powerful for next few seconds. }
PASSIVE POWER: INVISIBLE INFILTRATOR: upon use of daily power stealth is refilled and damage is +5% for 5 secs, maxed out its +15% for 5 secs

just on this alone without stats and feats you should go into battle like this,
path of blades, stealth,dazing strike,duelists flurry, lashing blades, daily, stealth dazing strike, lashing blade, duelist flurry. in mobs this will effectively wipe 1/2 the health of all targets at once, deal continuous damage to all targets, and allow you to focus on any target of your choice.

now the feats and added perks of paragon path....

feats
3 in toughness, tr has a glass jaw the mor hp the better
3 in weapon mastery increased crit chances mean more crit hits and more damage dealt faster
3 in battle wise, less threat means enemies will not target you as much..this plays in later
3 in cunning ambusher 6% more damage after leaving stealth
3 in endless assault all encounter powers deal 6% more damage
3 in scoundrel training your at will powers deal 9% more damage
2 in disciple of strength increse your strength bonus modifier by 4 %
so far upon leaving stealth we are now dealing for one attack 21% more damage...

paragon paths
saboteur: 5 in flashing blades, at will powers deal 5% more damage when stealth is not full..
{now that first attack after leaving stealth does 26% more damage

executioner path,
5 in arterial cut crit severity increased while in stealth to 15%

5 in vicious pursuit when you dela damage that target takes an additional 6 % damage for 6 secs {if i am reading it correctly that equates to 6 secs of 6% damage per 1 sec, non stacking}

5 in twisted grin anything dies within 30' of you you gain this next attack deals 12.5% damage, doubled if in stealth {thats 25% more dmage}

5 in last moments 25% more damage to foes below 40% health , when in stealth threshold increased to 70%

5 in shadowborn power of next attack is increased 100% {power directly effects damage}
shadow of demise. while stealth all powers get the bonus shadow of demise. targets are affected for

6 secs. when the effect is ended the target suffers 50% of all the damage that the tr imposed on target during that time as piercing damage, piercing damage ignores armor and cannot be deflected
shadow of demise additionally you generate stealth 20% faster and the regeneration of stealth is no longer interupted by combat actions

With this build, you gain massiv advantages when entering stealth, whil in stealth, once coming out of stealth, and while your stealth is recharging adding uo the bonuses for a single attack you can on a regular basis do 86% additional damage.

look for equipment that have high power, high crit, high defense, life steal or regeneration, high hitpoint...etc for a dps build this one has a glass jaw, one good hit can cripple you from a boss or a dragon....

    It's just so... terrible. I don't even know where to start.

    Edit: Sorry, I didn't see this wwas for PVE only. I don't PVE so have no opinion.

    Don't listen to the guy telling you to do whisper knife, that's stupid, MI is a lot higher dps hands down, I have done plenty of respecs to figure out an optimal build and so far an MI executioner is the best, your build isn't to bad but has a lot of arear you can improve your dps and in a rear you probably didn't realize, if you hit me up sometime I would be willing to help you build it, I put most TR to shame dps wise. To the point I've embarrassed 17k GS TR with my 14k GS, it's all about your procs and rotation.
