Mithral mine/Common cause missing

Mithral mine quest, part of Common Cause daily quest does not appear.
I get the quest in PE, but when i go to Icespire peak mine is not active.

Quests in other zones work, but I have to cancel common cause today in order to eventually get quest in another zone tomorrow. This slows significantly TOD progression, as WoD quests are really impossible to do (dailies because of insane difficulty and weekly because of stupid design decision) and there are no other sources of Page of Arcane Lore.

    Did you get the quest from the NPC Fitzhugh Montgomery? I've found since Mod 6 that the other NPCs do not always have the ! above their head when the dungeon quest is available. Most days I have to see which area Harper Boward sends me to and then go to the appropriate NPC to get the dungeon quest.

    You are right, I was able to get quest from Fitzhugh Montgomery even if he doesn't have icon over his head. Still bug but smaller one :)

    It's not exactly a bug: the quest marker has always stopped appearing over NPC's heads after you outlevel the quest by 5ish (not sure exactly) levels.

    It's just that the ToD dailies are still flagged as level 60, so as you level towards 70 the marker stops showing up.
