Well aside from its a boring and useless encounter Blade Flurry is also unaffected by Shady Preparations
cooldown doesnt change when entering stealth

    IIRC Knifes Edge doesnt affect its cooldown too.

    P.S. I like Blade Furry while farming RP with Dragon Hoard. I mean thats when they have the good time they work :)
