12400 SW looking for active guild

Hey there,
I'm a SW with a gear score of 12,400. I'm new to MMO games but I'm a quick learner. I have played plenty of RPG games such as Dragon Age, Mass Effect. My dilemma is that the current guild I'm in is small and elite. The founding members play almost exclusively with themselves. They are currently in Lost Mouth and the like. Which is great except that the ppl trying to complete all t2 gear (me and others) are left to try to run dungeons with randoms. I think that is actually a level in Dante's Circle of Hell for sure...lol. As a result, I'm stuck in limbo where I want to get better but it's slow bc I can't run Castle Never with randoms.
I would be bringing in 4 ppl-lvl 60 SW 12,200 also plays TR; lvl 60 DC 12,400; lvl 60 CW/TR11,000; lvl 60 HR/GWF 12000. We are all friends from other games. We believe in getting stronger as a group and not just individuals. We would want the same mentality in a guild. What has been holding us back as a group has been 1. We are lacking a tank who plays often. We have an amazing tank who lives a very busy life. 2. Sometimes we are not all on together at the same time which is why we need a guild.
My normal play hours are 12pm-2am pacific time. I'm generally active 3-4 days a week. I'm a Nurse so I do work 3-4 days a week.
