Post lvl 60 power/feat points wont stay in allocated powers.

Every time I try to level up or buy more powers/feats, they always seem to act like i never spent them at all. It always gives me the "You have uncommitted changes" message whenever i switch to another tab or close the window.

please help, im practically stuck at lvl 60 with my powers and feats :<

    This is because you put a 4th rank into a power before lvl 70, you need to full respec or you'll be stuck like that.
