Recently submitted bug reports not showing in ticket history on ARC's website

If any of you filed a bug report and received a ticket number, you might want to log into the ARC page and check your ticket history. The last bug report I filed and ticket number received does not show up in my ticket history so from that I guess is why I haven't heard back from support. The issue is, Cryptic taking the wrong amount of ZEN from my account for the 50% off Blood Ruby pack coupon I received in the lvl70 adventurer's pack. :mad: I used the coupon but it took 600 more ZEN from my account than it was supposed to! 50% off 2000 ZEN = 1000 ZEN. Instead, they gave me the 20% off as listed in the sale items in the ZEN market and took 1600 ZEN from my account. The coupon directly states:

Only one coupon can be applied per purchase.
Special discounts are not cumulative with coupons. Only the best discount is applied per purchase.

It appears the "best discount" is not for the user but for Cryptic!

Can admin please look into ticket ID #3,402,206 so this can get cleared up. Nothing worse then someone else's mistakes preventing one from using what they paid real money for. It's getting very tiresome having to deal with this yet again with Blood Ruby pack purchases. Last time I purchased them was during a double refinement event but they never gave me double refinement points and Cryptic only gave me 2 of the 4 packs I purchased as compensation. That meant I only got 50% boost on the refinement instead of 100% boost. That almost was the turning point for me dropping this game, and here I am again, trying to get them to make good on their mistakes that directly affected my character/account. So tired of this B***HAMSTER!!!!

Why can't I insert pictures directly into this message? The only option is to insert from a URL. I have screenshots and the transaction logs from the log/chat window on my PC of the whole process as I was leery to even try in the first place due to past experiences.

    I JUST noticed that none of my tickets recently submitted regarding Powers, Feats & Boons points are not in my ticket history. So the ticket system is bugged now too?!

    Edit:> https://support.arcgames.com/app/ask Using this direct website link, tickets now appear on history list. Although in game system does not appear to function (for me anyways).

    Did you submit them as an ingame report? If so, those go directly to QA and do not receive a response.

    Well here it is more than a week later and I still have not been contacted regarding the extra ZEN taken from my account because of CRYPTICS bug with the 50% off Blood Ruby Pack not working. If I go into a store and purchase a sale ticketed item and the cashier rings it up for the wrong amount, they fix the mistake right then and there. They do not keep my overpaid money amount for ANY amount of time but ensure they make good immediately. This is money I spent....REAL money and nobody has yet acknowledged this nor have they tried to satisfy a paying customer. This is borderline fraud IMHO!!!! Lost ALL trust and respect for this company as it is obvious they avoid issues related to money if they are at fault, yet if you make a mistake and take advantage of their poorly written code so full of bugs, they drop you like a fly and ban you. TOTALLY not acceptable business practice. My wallet is closed to this game from now on, even IF they end up fixing all the issues.

    Second patch since I was robbed of 600 extra ZEN on the 50% off Blood Ruby pack included in the lvl 70 achievement helpers chest and still not a word on the status of my submitted ticket ID #3,402,206. I suppose I will now miss out on the bank slot sale due to this. I will NOT spend another dime here as the so called company that runs this abortion has become a bunch of scammers with only one thing in mind..... take, take, take and ignore those who complain.
