Charging: Neverwinter Missing?

Not sure if this is the right place or if this is an isolated issue, so figured I'd ask.

I was going to charge today, get some AD for some new enchantments, but on the game selection drop down neverwinter is missing?

Is this the same for others, is there an issue? Is there a way to resolve it?

I've selected paypal as my preferred payment method, but havnt had any issues before with the drop down, so not sure if its just that selection or not.
