can't move my Profession assets to my other characters?

on Xbox one I can't take a mercenary for my leadership and move it to another character through the shared bank even though it looks like you can but it won't let me select it to put in the shared bank. I even have a higher rank of asset from booster packs that won't allow me to select it either. Am I doing something wrong?

You can mail them to your other characters. It's a long, tedious process, but that's the best way to do it as of right now.
