This offhand bonus for the Oathbound Paladin causes dazing that pierces cc immunity. Which means that if you use oghmas token of free movement to try and land an encounter rotation on a OP you will never manage such a thing due to this offhand bonus ignoring cc immunity.
This needs to be fixed as more and more paladins begin to pvp more you will see this become a very common practice for them all to use this offhand bonus. So you can imagine if a group of 5 has 3 OPs they can lockdown all points without any effort due to just an offhand bonus.
I fought a pally last night and was wondering what kept causing daze to me when the pally was cc-ed. So this is the devil.

I agree, this needs to be fixed. I was wondering why my powers got interrupted all the time, I thought I was rubberbanding. Then I realised it was the OP.
