Jewelry Personalized lvl 70 items- The lvl 25 JC profession personalized rings/necklaces do not get stat upgrades only an additional defense slot, this is a big issue as an example would be the previous lvl 60 personalized ring/necklace gave 250 power/armor pen & 2 slots, and with power being 400/1% now and monsters having way higher defense for arm pen and the lvl 70 ring/necklace being 394 power/armor pen, it does not scale on par to the previous as it should have 450 power/armor pen.

It's even worse for some jewelry: The Gemmed Exquisite Ring of Regeneration (the one you need to turn into a personalized ring) has 1654 HPs and 453 Regen, while the personalized ring has 1576 HPs and 394 Regen -- so the stats actually get worse. Same for the regen neck and belt.

Professions in general have all kinds of bugs and inconsistencies from one profession to another.

Hopefully they can just take a look and readjust the numbers, as i know coding a readjustment numbers into a game for items is easy, but unfortunately i don't see this getting fixed asap due to the number of other game breaking issues atm. Sucks though because the rings are BiS atm if they are corrected, just sucks having rank 25 jewlry and nothing to show.
