Blood Ruby 20% sale item trumped the 50% coupon in the lvl70 adventurer helper pack

I have filed a support ticket on this incident but have not heard back from anyone. On the 25th during the sale, my main reached lvl70 and I received the lvl70 helper pack which included the 50% off Blood Ruby 3-pack. I was leery on attempting the purchase as I have had issues with Blood Ruby packs during sales before and was never properly compensated for the Zen store sale ad not updating.
I bit the bullet and attempted to buy the 3-pack and it looked like it was going to work since the purchase button was labeled as 1000zen to be spent but after clicking the purchase button, it took 1600 zen from my account instead of 1000. I would really like to have the extra 600 zen returned to my account. This has messed me up from making a purchase as at the time I had just over 2100 zen in my account and was planning on spending 1000 zen on AD purchase. :mad:

I can provide chat logs, and screen shots of before and after the purchase if need be. All I ask is someone acknowledge this mistake and take the proper actions to fix it. I had no intentions of purchasing the Blood Ruby pack but was trying to take advantage of the coupon I was given. These coupons should never be handed out without first being tested. This has become a regular failure with the way gifts are handed out and it should not be the case.

I feel your pain - I don't know how you managed to get the coupon price to show. I couldn't get 50% off - period - no coupon could be applied, and the 24 hour period for the coupon expired without my being able to use it.
