Rubber Banding and DC (During day) Europe

Ive recently since this weekend had this problem while my friends and guildies haven't. Constant DC's and horrible rubber banding. Usually during the day around 11 AM - 11 PM (Europe) [Since 24 April] . @ Night it usually works better but not at all as it has befor. Befor it never rubber banded me even alittle. Friends and Guildies are from the US and haven't had this problem ever.
My Network haven't had any package loss and is stable when it comes to speed and MS. 94/91 UP/DOWN and usually max 20 somthing ping.
My ISP even ran a check and there's no visible interference.
Neverwinter is the only game on my xbox that has any problems concerning the rubber banding.
No other game is having any network lag of any kind and NW on my PC doesn't even rubber band me.
Wheres the root of my problem??
