Seal of Elements farming

What is the most efficient dungeon/skirmish to earn seal of elements. I have been farming in Kessel with about a 50% finish rate. I usually drop out of the skirmish if the events take longer than 45min.

    KR is the best way to farm elements, and have finished 100% with pugs and guilds, finished 4/4 of the set. I am a CW that had a 1800 Ilvl and you honestly need at two people in the party with CC or high damage, a devoted cleric/paladin is useful after. Depends though if the CW doesn't know the best loadout for pve which to me for CW is tab conduit, shield, IT, & ST (SS>MoF in mod 6) with renegade mixed with either spell twisting or icy vein feat. There are also a lot of bad DC out there still trying to be DPS instead of heals, as a renegade CW i have outhealed and outdps the majority of the time.
