Sword Coast Adventures not rewarding items but instead cumulating them

While recently playing SCA, my garbage cleanup kicked in and performed its taks. I didn't think anything about it until the end of the game when it showed the items I won. I hit okay and when I checked in game I had not received the items.

I played some more SCA and the next time I won it showed the items I had collected in the latest SCA as well as the previous ones I had collected and not received. At the end of the game, as previously, I received none of these items. I have played a few more since and now I have a very large running total at the end and I am unable to receive any of my winnings and they are simply being accumulated and held over.

I submitted a ticked on this but am also posting this here as well.

I got a response from the ticket I submitted and they looked into it and came to the conclusion that it was an unreported bug and one that they could not resolve from their end. They asked me to do a bug report from in game and I did that and also this bug report here as well.

Okay I solved this today and it was not what I suspected. It was only by chance that I looked and happened to notice that my Profession Resources was completely full. I cleared out some space and played another SCA and sure enough I got my items finally. The coincidence of the cleanup happening at the same time caused me to focus on it instead of thinking about other things. We really could use some more space in resources, though.
