Can't Spend Paragon points/power points

Well i just went to level 62 and when im going to spent my paragon points,i click commit changes,and then i go to the power tab and a msg appears,that i haven't save my changes.In the powers tabs,i upgrade a power and then click the feats tab,it does the same thing.I can't save my changes.Every time i Level up.
